The name Coroplast^(TM) applies to a wide range of extruded twinwall plastic sheet products produced from a high impact polypropylene copolymer. Coroplast^(TM) uses a copolymer resin in order to increase impact and low temperature performance. Chemically, the sheet is inert, with a NIL pH factor. At regular temperatures most oils, solvents and water have no effect, allowing it to perform under adverse weather conditions or as a product component exposed to harsh chemicals. All Coroplast^(TM) twinwall profile sheets can be modified with additives, which are melt-blended into the sheet to meet the specific needs of the customer. Special products that require additives include: ultra violet protection, anti-stat, flame retardant, custom colors, corrosive inhibitors, static-dissipative, etc.

Coroplast^(TM) products are offered in a wide range of standard and opaque colors. The sheet is extruded in widths across the corrugation up to 106" (corona treated to 102") with gauges ranging from 2mm to 12mm in thickness.

	Many standard colors and sizes are available. Custom colors are available by quote. Coroplast⁽^TM⁾ is the material of choice for today's screen printing industry. Coroplast⁽^TM⁾ is ideal for indoor and outdoor applications. It is tougher than corrugated fiberboard and lighter than extruded plastic sheet. It is waterproof and stain-resistant. All Coroplast⁽^TM⁾ stock sheets are electrostatically double treated by "Corona Discharge" on both sides to allow specifically formulated inks and adhesives to adhere. 	Non-stock, Custom Coroplast^(TM) sheets have a 5,000 sq ft minimum order per Part Number. All Coroplast™ sheets 12mm and under are electrostatically double treated by "Corona Discharge" on both sides to allow specifically formulated inks and adhesives to adhere. We do not recommend UV printing on COROPLAST™ material that is less than 4mm in thickness. Enter your specifications to add custom sheets to a quote request. Length represents the length of corrugation and follows the flute; width determines the number of flutes. Orders over 25,000 sq ft may qualify for free freight.
	Corocel® expanded high density polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheet. Corocel® can be printed, painted, glued, laminated, cut, welded or thermoformed. It is easily fabricated using conventional equipment and techniques. Corocel® can be used in a variety of applications, including signs and displays for advertising; heat and sound insulation, interior design, partitions and paneling for construction; transport containers and model making. Click here for more sign materials. Corocel® sheets are supplied with a protective film masking on one side to shield its surface from dust. The masking eliminates the need to clean the surface prior to printing. Available in Black or White; 3mm or 6mm thickness.
