High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) sheets are moisture resistant, durable, and cost-effective creating a widely popular plastic in the manufacturing and food processing industry. 

HDPE is a cost-effective solution for chemical handling, machine / manufacturing, and assembly line applications where it commonly replaces wood and metal. Its impact and moisture resistant qualities ensure that it will not warp, chip, or peel while remaining anti-microbial and easy to clean.  Lining and parts fabricated with HDPE require less maintenance and are faster to replace than their metal counterparts. The material’s low coefficient of friction and abrasion resistance cause less damage to products and packaging.

HDPE is available in two different color options, black and natural (FDA approved), with both smooth and textured finishes. The material can be CNC machined, welded, and easily cut on site for applications including:
